A father left his 7-year-old son alone on Mount Fuji. The family was walking on the mountain. The boy got tired. He could not keep walking. His father did not halt his journey.
Instead, he forced the child to wait by himself along the trail. The father pushed forward to finish the climb. The child remained stranded on the mountain for hours with no adult around. Nobody looked after him.
Police officers later found out about the incident. They issued a warning to the father for abandoning his young son unattended on the mountain during their family hike.
