Cristiano Ronaldo has reduced his suspension to 29 days and a reduced fine of $285 for abandoning Portugal's training session. Initially, he asked for a punishment with no reduction but later struggled to reduce it. The disciplinary action followed a rift with coach Jesus. Ronaldo asked for punishment 'without mitigation' initially then tried to cut it. The fine and suspension were given for exiting the camp prematurely.
